Who We're Looking For We have an immediate opening for an Office Coordinator and Accounting Assistant at a growing independent Real Estate Brokerage Firm in Loudoun County, VA.
You should be an organized, positive person, and a good communicator (both written & verbal) who is able to handle a fast-paced environment.
You will need to be a fast learner, self-starter, and enjoy completing a lengthy task list.
We are looking for a multitasker who is detail oriented with the flexibility to learn and grow.
Must work well with others in a team setting and also be able to work independently.
What You'll Be Doing Overseeing offices in Loudoun County.
Assist with multiple accounting & administrative tasks to include, but not limited to:
Accounting Track settlements with checks and wire transfers received, and process agent commission disbursements Deposit sales commission, escrow and other checks Create journal entries in Lone Wolf back office for deposits and related items Post invoices and other deductions in Lone Wolf back office using the correct accounts, upload original-source documents, and file electronic copies Other duties as assigned Office/Administrative Answer phones as needed; pick up and open mail Perform data entry, scan, copy, file, and other tasks for administrative and management support Client/Agent Relations:
handle requests/queries by phone, email, and in-person professionally, appropriately, and timely Make occasional office rounds to our three other office locations in Purcellville, Leesburg and Ashburn.
Order office supplies for all of our VA offices Run errands when needed Other duties as assigned Experience Required Ability to prioritize daily and weekly workload in an efficient & effective manner Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills Exhibit confidentiality, professionalism, discretion and tact Exemplary research, planning, and time management skills Contribute to positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture Passing of background check Experience Preferred but not required Experience in the Real Estate Industry Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, & Drive) Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures and/or work experience.
Intermediate level of experience with technology, including G Suite (Gmail, Docs, etc.
), Microsoft Office, Dropbox and LoneWOLF/ZipForms, Lone Wolf back office, Quickbooks or other accounting software Other Information Start date:
